Many students have impressed us so much during their sandwich-year placement and we have offered them opportunities on our graduate programme after they return to university to complete their studies and graduate.

Key Responsibilities

Over the 12 month industrial placement, starting in Summer 2023, we’ll make sure you get exposure to our business and the opportunity to work on live projects where your work has a very real and meaningful impact. Being trusted with real responsibility, along with support and training from industry experts will give you the opportunity to see what you’re capable of.

During your time within the construction department you will gain valuable experience working on a Redrow development site gaining exposure to the life-cycle of the build of our homes. This fast-paced, hands-on experience will enable you to work with a number of highly skilled professionals and get a first-hand insight into how our award winning homes are built.

What we are looking for

  • Working towards a minimum of a 2:2 degree

  • Drive and ambition with a positive “can do” attitude

  • To be adaptable and curious with a keenness to learn, improve and progress

  • To be self-confident, articulate and resilient

  • The ability to work on your own initiative and be a strong team player

  • To be energetic and enthusiastic about achieving your goals

  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
