The Senior Buyer is responsible for purchasing all materials used in the course of the business. The job holder will develop dependable supply sources and purchase all materials to the Company’s exact business requirements, using Group deals where specified, at competitive rates, within budget and ensuring deliveries can be made within build programmes and arranging payment for verified goods. The Assistant Designer will support the Design Manager and Senior Designer / Designer by administering information systems and providing design information to the department and staff within the Division. They will have a good understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and be able to assist with the preparation of schedules together with inputting of data using the current Redrow Homes procedures. There will also be a requirement to use AutoCAD systems.

As a Trainee Site Assistant you will help with numerous tasks to assist Site Mangers in successfully completing projects and assignments. As part of this role you will be studying a L4 Construction Site Supervisor qualification.

The Marketing Coordinator role within a division is responsible for the day-to-day co-ordination of marketing and advertising of the companies developments locally, ensuring at all times that a professional, corporate image is projected which promotes the Redrow brand. The role will be required to adhere to the marketing process and ensure delivery of divisional and group marketing initiatives and projects are achieved along with engagement with the brand, generating leads, reporting to divisional and group teams and increase product sales.

Redrow Homes are looking for an individual who is passionate about bricklaying and other aspects of building to join as an Apprentice Bricklayer. As an apprentice you will be studying towards a level 2 apprenticeship in Bricklaying which will include both theory and practical skills for a duration of 18-months.

Your time as an Apprentice Bricklayer will be split between working on site with an experienced tradesperson learning from their years of expertise and, intensive block release training at the NHBC Brickwork Training Hub in Tamworth or Cambridge.
