The Marketing Coordinator role within a division is responsible for the day-to-day co-ordination of marketing and advertising of the companies developments locally, ensuring at all times that a professional, corporate image is projected which promotes the Redrow brand. The role will be required to adhere to the marketing process and ensure delivery of divisional and group marketing initiatives and projects are achieved along with engagement with the brand, generating leads, reporting to divisional and group teams and increase product sales.

As an apprentice you will be studying towards a level 2 apprenticeship in Bricklaying which will include both theory and practical skills for a duration of 18-months.

Your time as an Apprentice Bricklayer will be split between working on site with an experienced tradesperson learning from their years of expertise and, intensive block release training at the NHBC Brickwork Training Hub in Tamworth or Cambridge.

As an apprentice you will be studying towards a level 2 apprenticeship in Carpentry which will include both theory and practical skills for a duration of 22-months.

Your time as an Apprentice Carpenter will be split between working on site with an experienced tradesperson learning from their years of expertise, and intensive block release training at the SMG Group, Coalville, Leicestershire.

To assist the Site Manager on a phase or development within the geographical area of the Division they are employed in to provide a quality product efficiently, safely and professionally; within set budgets and agreed timescales to the Redrow standards. An Assistant Site Manager must be organised, a good team player, focused, able to manage their own time and have a positive attitude.

To take responsibility for phase or development within the geographical area of the Division they are employed in and to oversee associated construction teams to provide a quality product efficiently, safely and professionally; within set budgets and agreed timescales to the Redrow standards.
