Summary

Redrow is the lead developer responsible for the delivery of Plasdwr; a large mixed use residential led scheme located in North West Cardiff.  The Project Manager is a pivotal role in the delivery of Plasdwr and will have day-to-day responsibility for all aspects of the project including client liaison, delivery of strategic infrastructure, liaison with 3rd party stakeholders including the local authority and statutory undertakers and supporting the client in the marketing and disposal of serviced development land parcels.  The project manager will also be responsible for preparing and updating the master Plasdwr delivery program and preparing regular reports for review by the Plasdwr liaison board.    

Key Responsibilities

  • At all times comply with company policies, procedures and instructions.

  • Implement new ideas and methods and continue to seek ways of both improving contribution to the organisation’s goals and enhancing the reputation of the company.

  • Develop good working relationships with local authorities and statutory undertakers in order to understand their specific ways of working to drive efficiency of performance and project deliverables

  • Day-to day responsibility for delivery for all Plasdwr work streams, including Strategic Infrastructure Delivery always in compliance with and Barratt Redrow Internal Processes.
