Summary

To provide marketing assistance and support to the Division and to work with colleagues to deliver a comprehensive service.

The person must be reliable, enthusiastic and conscientious whilst displaying common sense and flexibility in supporting the department within the Division.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Update Redrow website and property portals identifying requirements for improvements

  2. Compile pricelists and input onto SBMS

  3. Coordinate Marketing and Competitor Reports on a monthly basis

  4. Organise photography for show homes and events

  5. Order Sales Consultants uniforms

  6. Liaise with the signage company to order plot boards

  7. Compile purchase orders for marketing material

  8. ‘Coming Soon’ database management

  9. Ensuring ‘Source of Enquiry’ information is inputted for developments

  10. Text alerts for news on offers and releases

  11. Collate ‘Home of the Week’ information for Redrow website

  12. Support Area Sales Management team with letters/leaflets for mail drops

  13. Assist with organisation of marketing events

  14. Organise Social Media campaigns with media agency

  15. Input Sales Releases into SBMS

  16. To provide administrative assistance to department when required

  17. To assist with photocopying and collation of material

  18. Provide back up for Marketing Coordinator if required

  19. Ensure familiarity with Redrow Group’s Health, Safety and Environmental policies and comply with employee responsibilities.

  20. At all times comply with company policies, procedures and instructions.

  21. Contribute to improving the business and enhancing the reputation of the company by putting forward new ideas and by implementing change when requested to do so.
