Summary

Redrow is the UK’s fastest growing house builder.

Our purpose is to create a better way for people to live - We care about the quality of homes we build, the people who help us build them, the communities we create and the societies in which we live.

A huge part of our success is the attraction, development and retention of apprentices, graduates and trainees. We are rightly proud of our apprenticeship and trainee programmes, recognised as a Top 100 Apprentice Employer for the fifth consecutive year - the only housebuilder to do so.

We are looking for a passionate, dedicated individual, to be based in the North West of England, to help support and guide our New Entrants across the company during their time with us.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for arranging regular visits to divisional offices and sites, conducting information and guidance coaching meetings with apprentices and trainees. Liaising with training providers, managers and contractors on apprentice performance and action planning.

Assisting with recruitment of apprentices across the company

Ensuring all apprentices and trainees receive help and support with qualification completion, ensuring maximum available CITB levy grant is claimed and awarded for apprentices.

When required, assisting with the development of and delivery of training sessions tailored for apprentices and trainees

Identifying suitable award schemes for Redrow to enter and working with Engagement and Communications teams to promote our schemes on social, webbased and traditional media.

These are illustrative duties and the post holder will be expected to become involved in a range of work to enable the region to respond effectively to the requirements of the business.
