Summary

This is an opportunity for a bright and enthusiastic A-level student to make a difference to their work colleagues.

If you are a logical and organised individual you could be answering IT Systems calls from colleagues across the country assisting them to make the most of our industry leading systems.

You will work under the guidance of the IT Systems Helpdesk and Testing Analyst to answer calls from colleagues.

This is much more than a telephone answering role, the correct candidate will learn how to use our industry leading systems so they can:-

Give guidance to systems users
Properly record issues with our systems to pass on to our developers
Testing of any proposed resolutions to issues
Take part in ongoing system upgrade testing
Assist with the production of Helpdesk statistics and analysis
Gain training in SQL to develop your IT skills
