Summary

The successful candidate will help support the overall activities of the Digital Marketing team but be primarily responsible for the day to day content management of redrow.co.uk and the rest of Redrow’s digital portfolio. The role requires good communication skills – you’ll be in constant dialogue with various levels of colleagues in the business, good organisation and time management – you’ll be expected to manage your own work load to completion and competent understanding of content and digital document management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Digital Marketing team with the day-to-day running of all digital and information initiatives, as part of the overall Group Marketing department.

  • Responsible for managing website change requests from start to finish in a timely and effective manner via an internal ticketing system. Ensuring changes are made on time and accurately and using automated work flows to alert requesters to the change being made.

  • Management of key business documentation including approved media logs, telephone numbers databases and development data spreadsheets.

  • Responsible for creating CMS, performance and productivity reports on a weekly and monthly basis.

  • To assist the Group Marketing team with handling telephone enquiries and emails from regional management, employees, external agencies, and potential customers.

  • To manage and coordinate the process of identifying, reporting and testing online issues/errors using internal ticketing system.

  • Support the performance of affiliate programmes (property portals – Rightmove etc.) by implementing data and auditing listings.

  • To work alongside IT and ensure that all group standard marketing names within SBMS marketing are updated efficiently.

  • Support the setup of new developments by setting up and implementing new telephone numbers and managing any future changes.

  • Support the Digital Marketing team by raising payment orders and processing these through the accounting system.

  • Assist in any other relevant projects, campaigns and tasks as defined by the Digital Marketing Manager.
