Summary

Technical is involved in every stage of the house building process, from initial feasibility studies on a piece of land to the delivery of final layouts to our sales teams. As such, it’s the best place to be if you’re keen to experience the bigger picture.

Our technical teams think about every single detail so that we create beautifully designed homes that have superb ‘kerb appeal’. For each location, they create the architectural and engineering designs that will form the basis of the new development. They’ll provide working drawings to our build teams, but their involvement doesn’t end there. Far from it. They’ll be on hand to provide expert advice at every stage of the construction process. Join us here, and you can expect to be everything from an architect, highway designer, landscape designer, structural engineer and an interior designer all in the same day.

It all makes for a hugely varied career. As a technical apprentice, you can expect to play an integral part in the entire development lifecycle and learn from the very best.  At every stage of the process, you’ll take real pride in the award-winning developments you’ll be helping to create.
