Summary

To carry out, under supervision, a range of technical duties allocated by the Technical Co-ordinator or other delegated members of the technical team.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the technical department in meeting its operational objectives.

  • Accompanying technical department team members on site visits.

  • Attending day release at college to study towards the appropriate qualification as advised by training@redrow.

  • Comply with responsibilities as laid down in the group’s Health & Safety Policy in order to ensure a safe environment within the department.

  • Ensure familiarity with Redrow’s group’s Health, Safety and Environmental Policies and comply with employee responsibilities.

  • At all times comply with company policies, procedures and instructions.

  • To assist with the departmental day to day operational activities as required.

  • To assist with photocopying and collating of Technical material.

  • Assisting the technical department with handling telephone enquiries from internal and external sources, ensuring detailed messages are taken when necessary and redirecting calls to the relevant member of the Team.

Contribute to improving the business and enhancing the reputation of the company by putting forward new ideas and by implementing change when requested to do so.
