We are looking for high performing people looking to build a career in Technical with Redrow. At Redrow you will be part of a business that recognises achievement.

Key Responsibilities

  1. To provide a link between the Technical Department and Construction on engineering matters.
  2. Issue tender drawings to contractors, assess them once returned and formally award the works.
  3. Co-ordination of as-built surveys
  4. POS, S38, S104 adoptions. Inspect road and sewer works from commencement to formal adoption by Local Authority and ensure they are carried out within an agreed budget and timescale.
  5. Obtain plot to postal addresses
  6. Obtain service connection quotations
  7. Prior to legal completion of all new homes, ensure the appropriate driveways and footpaths are completed to agreed standards.
  8. Prepare Sales and Legal information e.g. Conveyance plans and M colours
  9. In house Planning supervisors role
  10. Comply with responsibilities as laid down in the Group’s Health, Safety and Environment Policy.
  11. At all times comply with company policies, procedures and instructions.
  12. Implement new ideas and methods and continue to seek ways of both improving contribution to the organisation’s goals and enhancing the reputation of the company.
