Summary

Redrow are one of the most successful house builders in the UK. Over our 40 year history, we have built a unique reputation for quality. As a company, we pride ourselves on creating beautiful homes that communities love to live in and we apply the same level of care and attention to developing our apprentices.

In Partnership with the National Home Builders Council (NHBC) and our trusted contractors, we will be offering a highly focused and intense bricklaying apprenticeship program. You will begin with an intense six week block where you will be taught core site skills and assessed. If you are successful in this initial six-week assessment period you will go on to undertake a further 17 months training on site with regular two week block releases learning all of the skills and knowledge necessary to become a competent Bricklayer utilising a variety of tools and processes.

This Apprenticeship will be based in our Redrow Midlands Division covering sites from Telford to Rugby and the NHBC training centre will be based in Tamworth. Apprentices will be expected to be able to travel to and from site and the training centre as part of their apprenticeship.

You will work with experienced tradespeople of a wide range of disciplines, as well as being supported by your Site Manager and the Redrow team to complete a level 2 Apprenticeship Standard in Bricklaying as well as required functional skills learning.
