Summary
Design and Technical are involved in every stage of the house building process, from initial feasibility studies on a piece of land to the delivery of final layouts to our sales teams. As such, it’s the best place to be if you’re keen to experience the bigger picture.
You will be working towards a Level 3 Btech qualification in Construction in the Built Environment and a Level 3 NVQ in either Engineering or Design, with the option of progressing on to further education. Some travel may be required as part of your training and education.
To join our industry-leading programme, you’ll need at least 5 GCSEs at A* - C ( 9 - 4) including Maths and English as a preference.
Rate of Pay:
Starting salary £5.87 an hour (reviewed yearly based on progression).

What we are looking for

To assist with the preparation of planning applications and packs under the guidance from the Design team

Assist with the production of layouts and technical reports

Provide technical and engineering support and information to Construction, Commercial and Sales departments

Prepare Sales and Legal information (Conveyance Plans, Sales Area Layouts and Site Compound Layouts & Transfer Plans
