Summary

The HS&E Information Analyst will assist the Group HS&E Governance Manager in managing and analysing HS&E Data from various sources to enable the HS&E Department to focus resources and develop strategy to continuously improve the HS&E culture across the business.

Key Responsibilities

Review data inputs from various sources, e.g Accident/Incident data, internal assurance inspections and audits, site unsafe and stop notices and drug and alcohol testing data and any actions arising.

Retain an overview of RedHSE (Redrow’s Internal HSE Information Capture Platform) and manual data processes and an awareness of categories of data held in both;

Understand the sources and interface of HS&E information, developing skills to analyse exceptions/ errors reports;

Produce regular and ad-hoc reports as requested, ensuring at all times that new reports are tested and cross checked for accuracy;

Liaise with Operational Finance and IT to provide information for business reporting;

Perform large scale data loads and analyse success/exception files.

Collect and analyse statistics to assist in informing the HS&E Department’s focus and strategy.

Develop and maintain a broad overview of functionality of RedHSE and Manual Data Processes and respective user interaction;

Maintaining and administering RedHSE and Manual Data processes including answering end user queries, triaging of data input by end users.

Administration of RedHSE and Manual Data processes and Dashboards.

Liaison with Legal and Finance Director for Incident Review.

Support with HBF Statistical Submissions.

Maintenance of user guides for the RedHSE and Manual Data Processes.

Track agreed metrics/KPIs.

Central contact for report queries from the HS&E Team, Group and Divisional Senior Management Teams, HR, Engagement, L&D teams and IT;

Respond to ad-hoc enquiries for data/analysis.
