Summary

Working in the IT deparment within the IT Supply team you role will involve working closely with the divisional teams with the requisition, procurement and supply of all Redrow IT equipment.

The responsibilities of the IT Supply team include managing stocks of IT equipment, processing requsitions, Equipment Audits.

IT Supply- Contract/Requisitions/Mobile Devices

  • Supporting the Coordinator with their day-to-day administration tasks
  • Process incoming requisitions and data entering onto internal systems
  • Liaise with colleagues over requisition queries in person and via telephone/email
  • Process incoming requisitions for mobile devices and deal process any billing queries
  • Place orders for mobile phones with supplier
  • Provide configuration assistance and technical support for iPads.
  • Carry out mobile connection and iPad audits.

 

IT Supply- Stock

  • Process returned equipment and incoming deliverys including manual handling of heavy equipment / Boxes in accordance to company H&S procedures.
  • Carry out regular stock checks and audits
  • Maintain topical records of equipment on internal systems
  • Provide assistance with all aspects of provisioning, delivery, configuration, packaging, shipment, installation, returns and disposal of equipment
  • Provide assistance to the IT helpdesk where needed including call logging, note taking and 1st line fixing.
  • Imaging and setup of IT equipment

 

IT Supply- Sales / Site Coordination

  • Provide assistance in the setup / configuration of sales / site outlets
  • Processing forms  and Arranging installations/decommissions/relocations of Sales and Site equipment
  • Arrange and attend monthly meeting with Coordinator with every divisional Sales and Site teams, taking notes and ensuring any issues raised are actioned.
  • Auditing of sales / site connections and equipment
  • Carry out regular stock checks and audits
  • Maintain topical records of equipment on internal systems

 

DOCUMENTATION

  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and guides
  • Highlight when documentation needs changing / improving
