Summary
As part of the Technical Department, the Planner will help to promote land through the Development Plan process and negotiate appropriate planning permissions, and other associated approvals, for major residential development in order to help meet divisional housebuilding targets.
Key Responsibilities

Project manage planning applications through the planning system reporting directly to the planning manager

Liaise and negotiate with Local Planning Authorities and external agencies on planning applications

Ensure familiarity with Redrow Group’s Health & Safety & Environmental Policies and comply with employee responsibilities.

At all times comply with company policies, procedures and instructions

Implement new ideas and methods and continue to seek ways of both improving contribution to the organisations goals and enhancing the reputation of the company.
