Summary
To ensure the policies, procedures and documentation which make up the HS&E Management System are maintained and kept up to date and are in line with any applicable legislation, industry best practice & any applicable external standards e.g. ISO 14001 etc.
Key Responsibilities

Day-to-day responsibility for the maintenance of the HS&E Management System including relevant policies & procedures etc

Support the Group HS&E Governance Manager to ensure that the HS&E Management System is reviewed regularly and kept up to date at all times and communicated effectively applying effective document management principles

Make recommendations to the Group HS&E Governance Manager regarding action(s) required to improve / develop both the current HS&E Management System and its application across the business

Support the Group HS&E Manager in the management of the Change Governance process to ensure that any changes to the HS&E Management System are effectively planned, managed , monitored and co-ordinated
