Area Sales Manager
Area Sales Managers are responsible for managing and motivating a Sales team at approximately six different Redrow developments. They lead the team through support, development and training in order to ensure that they enhance Redrow’s reputation and brand image to prospective and existing customers, and deliver high standards of customer service at all times. They also work closely with the Area Construction Managers to ensure company standards are maintained and target legal completions are achieved.

Assistant Buyer
The Purchasing Department is part of the Commercial function and is responsible for purchasing all materials used in the course of the business. The job holder will assist in the purchase of all materials to the company’s exact business requrements by collating and analysing order requirements and supplier information, and will provide administrative support for the Purchasing team.

Receptionist (Part-time)
Based at the Reception desk and working on their own at times, the Receptionist will welcome and greet both telephone callers and visitors. Amongst other administrative duties, they will professionally operate the telephone switchboard; ensuring all calls are answered promptly and are efficiently directed to the correct person. They will also greet all visitors – including customers and suppliers – in a welcoming, engaging and professional manner; making them ‘feel good’ about Redrow.
This is for an afternoon part time receptionist role with hours as follows:
Monday to Thursday 12:15 – 17:00
Friday 12:00 – 16:30

Site Operative
This is an active role based on a construction site and involves the completion of general laboring duties to assist both Redrow personnel and the various trades on site, as required. There will be the necessity to traverse the site across and around excavations and work during inclement weather should the need arise. There will be, at times, the necessity to access scaffolding by means of a ladder and work on the scaffolding, or from the ladder.
