The Helpdesk team works with the Technical Support and Software Support teams to deliver an efficient and cost effective IT service to the Redrow group of companies.

The responsibilities of the team include logging new and tracking existing IT incidents to conclusion using our Helpdesk database, resolving minor IT issues, answering and tackling all telephone calls into the Technical support and Helpdesk teams, supply of stock consumables, administration of user accounts, application and user security audits.

Area Sales Managers are responsible for managing and motivating a Sales team at approximately six different Redrow developments. Based at the Reception desk and working on their own at times, the Receptionist will welcome and greet both telephone callers and visitors. Amongst other administrative duties, they will professionally operate the telephone switchboard; ensuring all calls are answered promptly and are efficiently directed to the correct person. They will also greet all visitors – including customers and suppliers – in a welcoming, engaging and professional manner; making them ‘feel good’ about Redrow.

To process all My Redrow Homeowner Support (HoS) incidents in line with the Company policies and procedures ensuring that our customers are provided with a first-class service and issues are addressed right first time by the appropriate person safely, professionally and within agreed or reasonable timescales.

The Homeowner support team requires the ability to deal effectively and efficiently with all customers and be able to manage customers’ expectations appropriately with the objective of achieving customer satisfaction from our customers throughout the whole of their warranty.
