The Design Engineer will undertake the engineering design from land appraisal through to construction issue. They will have responsibilities for appointing appropriate consultants, agreeing fees in-line with budgets, liaising with statutory authorities, and ensuring that design sits within budget.

The Sales Consultant is Redrow’s ‘ambassador’ to prospective and existing customers, requiring a professional and courteous image at all times. The job purpose is to promptly respond to all leads generated and aim to achieve required conversion rates; closing sales at the earliest opportunity and best price. The Sales Consultant will be actively involved with all parties to achieve legal completion, and will ensure that properties are ready, to company standards, at handover and that the highest levels of customer satisfaction are delivered.

Assistant Designer

The Assistant Designer will support the Design Manager and Senior Designer / Designer by administering information systems and providing design information to the department and staff within the Division. They will have a good understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and be able to assist with the preparation of schedules together with inputting of data using the current Redrow Homes procedures. There will also be a requirement to use AutoCAD systems.
