Customer Services Coordinator Level 1
The Customer Services Coordinator will deliver first class service to our customers throughout the customer services process. The Customer Services team requires the ability to deal effectively and efficiently with all customers and be able to manage customers’ expectations appropriately with the objective of achieving customer satisfaction from our customers.

Design Engineer
The Design Engineer will undertake the engineering design from land appraisal through to construction issue. They will have responsibilities for appointing appropriate consultants, agreeing fees in-line with budgets, liaising with statutory authorities, and ensuring that design sits within budget.

Assistant Designer
The Assistant Designer will support the Design Manager and Senior Designer / Designer by administering information systems and providing design information to the department and staff within the Division. They will have a good understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and be able to assist with the preparation of schedules together with inputting of data using the current Redrow Homes procedures. There will also be a requirement to use AutoCAD systems.
