About Redrow

Redrow Homes are one of the fastest growing housebuilders in the UK. For over 40 years we have built a proud reputation for building distinctive and high quality homes. Our values are at the core of all we do: and we have a tradition for continually developing our colleagues and trainees

Our excellent history of providing early careers opportunities across our business means that we are rightly proud of the success of our programmes; mostly recently being recognised as runner up at the 2019 CITB awards for the large employer category.

Our exciting new Construction Management in Housebuilding BSc, developed in partnership between Redrow, Liverpool John Moores University and Coleg Cambria, is the newest addition to our programmes.

What will I be doing?

Based on one of our developments, you will be mentored and trained in all of the day to day aspects of learning to manage a modern housebuilding site. Directing skilled trade contractors, organising and coordinating build programmes, site deliveries, customer service, health and safety and managing cost are just some of themes you will explore.

For 6 weeks of the year you will attend Coleg Cambria in Wrexham, where you will be taught wider aspects of construction as part of our exclusive course and complete assessments throughout to reach your honours degree qualification and graduation with LJMU.

You can read about the experiences of one of our existing trainees, Beth, who is currently undertaking the degree programme here https://www.redrow.co.uk/newsroom/east-midlands/2019/6/beth-sets-her-sights-high-as-she-takes-on-housebuilding-degree
