Area Construction Manager
To take responsibility for specific developments within the geographical area of the Division and to oversee associated construction teams to provide a quality product efficiently, safely and professionally; within set budgets and agreed timescales to the Redrow standards. To be a link between developments and the divisional office and the group functions (L&D, IT, HS&E, HR), to enhance the reputation of the company. An Area Construction Manager must be multifaceted, be a good communicator, leader and initiator, along with being organised, driven and focused.

Trainee Site Assistant x 6
Redrow Homes are looking for an individual who is passionate about becoming a future Site Manager and has a keen interest in the day to day running of a site. As a Trainee Site Assistant you will help with numerous tasks to assist Site Mangers in successfully completing projects and assignments. The successful candidate would need excellent communication skills and able to work under a pressured environment within tight deadlines. As part of this role you will be studying a L4 Construction Site Supervisor qualification.

This is a construction site based role, supporting the site team in preparing homes for our customers. This is to ensure that we are handing over defect free homes, maintaining our five-star builder status and a leader in Customer Service at the premium end of the homebuilding industry.

Temporary Payments Clerk x 2
To take on full ownership of divisional purchase ledger functions, managing payments for both purchase ledger and sub-contractors payments, with a view to overall management of two divisional companies.
The job holder will be responsible for processing a high volume of supplier invoices, along with fortnightly purchase ledger payments and weekly subcontractor payments ensuring accuracy & timeliness by adhering to payment policies. A minimum of 1 years’ experience of a finance department is a must. Having begun AAT level 2 or equivalent preferable.
