Engineer
An Engineer must have a sound knowledge of civil engineering construction i.e. roads, sewers, pumping stations and section agreements, and implement this knowledge on their specified development(s). They also ensure that contractors work within budgets set by others and report any potential overspend / savings to their line manager.

Technical Coordinator
The Technical Coordinator will assist the Technical Manager in managing the Technical function of a site-based project on all technical, engineering and architectural aspects of the business – from commencement on site to completion and final adoptions and handovers. Managing Director
To manage and develop a Division of Redrow Homes to deliver objectives and targets as agreed with the Executive Board. To take overall responsibility for the management of all current activities, development and implementation of future strategy for the division, and the management and motivation of the divisional team to deliver that strategy.
The Divisional Managing Director, in conjunction with the heads of department and the senior management, has overall responsibility for the preparation of budgets and strategic plans for the division for presentation to the Regional Chief Executive and Executive Board.
The Divisional Managing Director, in liaison with the Regional Chief Executive, sets targets for the division and is responsible, working with the management team, for delivering those targets. Key target areas include health and safety, land acquisition, return on capital employed, forward sales, profitability and customer satisfaction levels.
The Divisional Managing Director represents Redrow in the wider community and is expected to behave accordingly and develop and maintain links with land agents, the local business community, and planning authorities.
Responsible for: Entire divisional team to include all heads of department and senior management, office-based professional and administration staff, site based managers and sales staff and site-based operatives

Marketing Coordinator
The Marketing Coordinator role within a division is responsible for the day-to-day co-ordination of marketing and advertising of the companies developments locally, ensuring at all times that a professional, corporate image is projected which promotes the Redrow brand. The role will be required to adhere to the marketing process and ensure delivery of divisional and group marketing initiatives and projects are achieved along with engagement with the brand, generating leads, reporting to divisional and group teams and increase product sales.

Planning Manager
The Planning team in an operating division works closely with the land and technical teams to ensure deliverable and viable planning consents are secured. The Planning Manager manages planning activities in relation to land purchase (both short and long term) to ensure that appropriate planning consents are obtained cost effectively.
