Summary

As an office apprentice within the learning and development team, you will be assisting colleagues with a range of duties whilst we support you to achieve NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration with Lifetime Training.

In one of our busy divisional offices, no two days are ever the same and you will be constantly learning from, and working with a wide variety of people from different disciplines as you work towards your qualification.

Greeting colleagues from across the business at our reception desk, you will also be using the telephone, booking and confirming attendance, accomodation and travel requirements for training delegates, setting up and clearing training rooms, producing registers and other records and a variety of other tasks to support the L&D team as appropriate.
