Summary

To take on full ownership of divisional purchase ledger functions, managing payments for both purchase ledger and sub-contractors payments, with a view to overall management of two divisional companies.

The job holder will be responsible for processing a high volume of supplier invoices, along with fortnightly purchase ledger payments and weekly subcontractor payments ensuring accuracy & timeliness by adhering to payment policies.  A minimum of 1 years’ experience of a finance department is a must. Having begun AAT level 2 or equivalent preferable.

Apprenticeship Officer

The post holder will support  the life cycle and talent development of apprentices within Redrow with the overall objective to ensure all construction based apprentices are supported to complete qualifications relevant to their role. ABOUT THE ROLE

Redrow Homes are looking for an individual who is passionate about supporting others in an office environment. Working as an apprentice you will support with the day-to-day running of a busy office undertaking various administration duties on a daily basis. As part of the apprenticeship you will be studying L2 Business Administration with one of Redrow’s chosen training partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• To provide cover for the main reception, this will involve greeting visitors and answering a high volume telephone calls.

• To provide administrative assistance to the department.

• To assist with photocopying and collation of material including high volume scanning.

• To ensure that there is sufficient stationery within the Department and to reorder as and when required.

• Departmental filing on a regular basis including uploading onto electronic document management system.

• Ensure familiarity with Redrow’s Group Health, Safety and Environmental policies and comply with employee responsibilities.

• At all times comply with company policies, procedures and instructions.

• Implement new ideas and methods and continue to seek ways of both improving the contribution to the organisation’s goals and enhancing the reputation of the company.

• To identify the need for improved office procedures.

Junior Support Technician

Summary

The Server & Desktop team works closely with the Help Desk and other support teams to deliver an efficient and cost effective IT service to the Redrow group of companies. The responsibilities of the IT Support team include help desk, fault resolution, daily operations, supply of all IT equipment, installation, security, and infrastructure and research projects. The post holder will be heavily involved with day-to-day Help Desk activities, as well as some involvement with operations, general support of the Redrow IT infrastructure, installations/pc builds and perhaps project based work.
