The Planning team in an operating division works closely with the land and technical teams to ensure deliverable and viable planning consents are secured.  The Planning Manager manages planning activities in relation to land purchase (both short and long term) to ensure that appropriate planning consents are obtained cost effectively.

To identify and acquire development sites across the division in order for land targets to be met and for working closely with the Planning Team in order to ensure that maximum contribution is achieved from all land purchases.

The Assistant Engineer will be involved in the engineering design from land appraisal through to construction issue, and supervise site works and progress sites through to adoption.

The Senior Land Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations in the Land team. They identify and acquire development sites across a geographical patch to meet divisional land targets. They also work closely with the Planning team in order to ensure that maximum contribution is achieved from all land purchases and a quality land bank is maintained

This is an active role based on a construction site and will require working in inclement weather. The time driving the forklift will be dependent upon how busy the site is and the Forklift Driver will be required to carry out general laboring duties in order to assist both Redrow personnel and the various trades on site, as required. There will be the necessity to traverse the site across and around excavations should the need arise.
