Area Construction Manager
To take responsibility for specific developments within the geographical area of the Division and to oversee associated construction teams to provide a quality product efficiently, safely and professionally; within set budgets and agreed timescales to the Redrow standards. To be a link between developments and the divisional office and the group functions (L&D, IT, HS&E, HR), to enhance the reputation of the company. An Area Construction Manager must be multifaceted, be a good communicator, leader and initiator, along with being organised, driven and focused.

As part of the Land and Planning Department, the Planer will advise colleagues on potential land purchases and also contribute to managing the division’s Land Bank to secure development sites and ensure they are brought forward through the Planning System as forecasted.

Redrow Homes are looking for an individual who is enthusiastic about supporting others in an office environment. Working as an apprentice you will support with the day to day running of a busy office undertaking various administration duties on a day-to-day basis. The Customer Services Coordinator will deliver first class service to our customers throughout the customer services process. Sales Consultant
The Sales Consultant is Redrow’s ‘ambassador’ to prospective and existing customers, requiring a professional and courteous image at all times. The job purpose is to promptly respond to all leads generated and aim to achieve required conversion rates; closing sales at the earliest opportunity and best price. The Sales Consultant will be actively involved with all parties to achieve legal completion, and will ensure that properties are ready, to company standards, at handover and that the highest levels of customer satisfaction are delivered.

The Surveying Department in an Operating Division is responsible for monitoring and controlling expenditure on all the company’s developments by controlling the “cost of sales”, as well as ensuring that all Group Commercial policies and procedures are adhered to within the company. The job holder is responsible for Procurement, Payments, Valuations and administration of Health and Safety procedures.
