To manage and produce all marketing collateral to support sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop naming and brand creation for new developments and manage content creation

  • Create and maintain marketing strategies for each development to help support sales


  • Implement, manage and maintain advertising strategy alongside media booking agency


  • Work with external agencies to produce all marketing collateral such as brochures, ads, factsheets, promotional videos, CGIs, development models and other ad-hoc materials


  • Work alongside technical department to produce accurate development brochures in a timely manner


  • Creating and managing Sales and Marketing Budgets

  • Planning and managing all events including sales launches, charity initiatives, place making and community events

  • Create briefing documents for marketing suites, show apartments and development brand to circulate for external companies to pitch

  • Manage alongside interior designers the creation and installation process of show apartments and marketing suites

  • Manage day to day presentation of show apartments and the marketing suite

    Produce and manage all signage for developments including hoarding, wayfinding and flags.


  • Managing all web portals and the developments presence on the Redrow web

  • Managing the preparation and planning of all overseas exhibitions, including model moves, event setup, advertising and promotion

  • Coordinate all photography for the division including sales photography and work in progress photos for development


  • Implementing and maintain development PR strategies with selected PR agency including quarterly meetings.

  • Regular reporting on marketing activity to Sales Director including monthly detailed marketing analysis reports

  • Working with the sales and Marketing Assistant to ensure all departmental invoices and POs are authorized and suppliers are paid in a timely manner.


  • Research into specification and advising on design evolution throughout the project alongside the Commercial Team

  • Design review of technical layouts

  • Supporting the customer service team with handover packages and branded materials


  • Acting as a brand guardian and advisor, supporting internal and external supplies in adhering to the brand guidelines for Redrow and the development


  • Continuous brand and digital strategy evolution.

  • Attendance of Management meetings and Development Review meetings in Sales Directors absence

  • Comply with responsibilities as laid down in the Group’s Health, Safety and Environment Policy.


  • At all times comply with company policies, procedures and instructions.

  • Implement new ideas and methods and continue to seek ways of both improving contribution to the organisation’s goals and enhancing the reputation of the company.
