Summary

Primarily to provide full secretarial support to the Legal Director and also administration support to the wider team. The person must be reliable, enthusiastic and conscientious whilst displaying common sense and flexibility in supporting all the departments within Harrow Estates.

Key Responsibilities

1. Full secretarial support to the Legal Director.This includes:

  • File handling

  • Document production/form filling using Oyez

  • Typing, including Legal Reports / Contracts / Minutes (Digital Dictation)

  • Handling phone calls

  • Inputting data onto case management system correctly and accurately

  • Obtaining searches from the Land Registry and Search Providers

  • Companies House and Land Registry filing of documents for registration

2. General secretarial and support duties for the Planning, Technical and Commercial departments including assisting with photocopying and collation of material

3. To provide holiday and lunch time cover for Full Time Receptionist and to carry out the tasks and responsibilities associated with that role.

4. To provide administrative assistance to the PA when required

5. Ensure familiarity with Redrow’s Group Health, Safety and Environmental Policies and comply with employee responsibilities.

6. At all times comply with company policies, procedures and instructions.
