If you have a 2:1 or above in a planning or planning related degree, we would love to hear from you - own driving license and access to a vehicle are essential along with an enthusiasm for the industry and developing yourself and your career.

You'll be mentored throughout your two year placement by the Managing Director, receiving genuine responsibility and exposure to business functions and senior management from day one, along with excellent training and support from our learning and development team.

What we are looking for

Demonstrable experience of strong communication skills and working well in teams

A full UK driving license

We look for applicants across England and Wales, but from time to time we may not be able to find a placement in your local area, therefore the more flexible you are and open to temporary relocation, the better.

What next? – Our applications close in December, as we expect a large number of applications please don’t expect to hear back until January. Our assessment days will be in February/ March with interviews and verbal offers made shortly after. You will start between July and September, depending on your chosen programme.
