Customer Services Technician
To manage and continually improve the Customer Services experience for Redrow customers to ensure Redrow remains a 5 star builder and a leader in Customer Services at the premium end of the homebuilding industry. The Customer Services Technician will deliver a first class service to our customers and address their maintenance needs and concerns though quality workmanship, professional attitude and within agreed timescales.

The Customer Services Coordinator will deliver first class service to our customers throughout the customer services process. They will assist the Customer Services Manager and Head of Customer Service in managing the department to provide a high quality service to our customers; safely, professionally and within agreed or reasonable timescales.

Homeowner Support Advisor
To process all My Redrow Homeowner Support (HoS) incidents in line with the Company policies and procedures ensuring that our customers are provided with a first-class service and issues are addressed right first time by the appropriate person safely, professionally and within agreed or reasonable timescales.
The Homeowner support team requires the ability to deal effectively and efficiently with all customers and be able to manage customers’ expectations appropriately with the objective of achieving customer satisfaction from our customers throughout the whole of their warranty.
