Graduate IT Software Programmer

Summary

The role will assist in the development of internal bespoke software applications to meet the Group’s business requirements using best practices. The Graduate Software Programmer will follow a dedicated scheme in the IT department to develop their software development and database skills. 

 

Working as part of a development team they will develop the necessary skills to create new or maintain existing applications as defined in business requirements. They’ll work closely with the System Analysts, DBA’s and testers in order to ensure that systems are built and delivered according to the development procedures.

Graduate IT Systems Analyst

Summary

The role will assist in the specification, design and implementation of the Group’s IT systems in accordance with business objectives.  The Graduate Systems Analyst will follow a 2 year scheme to develop their analytical skills. 

The postholder will develop the necessary skills to work with the users of Redrow’s IT systems, the system/digital developers and DBAs, in order to specify requirements, design, test and implement new and updated business applications.  The role also requires project management skills in order to ensure that systems are built and delivered using approved company IT procedures.

Graduate IT Web Programmer

Summary

The role will assist in the development of public facing web sites and HTML based applications that meet the Group’s business requirements.  The Graduate Web Programmer will follow a dedicated scheme to develop their Web Programming skills.

 

They will develop the necessary skills to amend existing systems and to work on the development of new features and systems.  The post-holder will primarily develop HTML based systems, and will also test, document and support those systems.  The role also requires that systems are built and delivered using approved company IT standards and procedures.

Graduate IT Security Technician

Summary

Role will assist in the design, implementation and reporting for the security of Redrow’s IT systems. The Graduate Security Technician will follow a 2 year scheme to develop their cyber security and forensic analysis skills and knowledge.

 

They will develop the necessary skills to work with the IT Security team to ensure suitable operational and security procedures are in place, and implement them in conjunction with the IT department and other departments. The post-holder will endeavour to keep up-to-date with best practise in the Cyber Security area.

Trade Apprentice

Summary

As a bricklaying or carpentry apprentice with Redrow, you will work with one of our trusted contractors, learning all of the skills and knowledge necessary to become competent in your chosen discipline and complete a quality product, utilising a variety of tools and processes.

 

You will work with experienced tradespeople of a wide range of disciplines, as well as being supported by your Site Manager and the Redrow team to complete an industry standard diploma and NVQ qualification, (typically level 2, but we will support level 3 applications if suitable) as well as required functional skills learning.

Office Apprentice - Customer Service

As an office apprentice within the Customer Service department, you will be assisting colleagues with a range of duties whilst we support you to achieve a Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard in Business and Administration.
