Trainee Site Assistant
Redrow Homes are looking for an individual who is passionate about becoming a future Site Manager and has a keen interest in the day to day running of a site. As a Trainee Site Assistant you will help with numerous tasks to assist Site Mangers in successfully completing projects and assignments. The successful candidate would need excellent communication skills and able to work under a pressured environment within tight deadlines. As part of this role you will be studying a L4 Construction Site Supervisor qualification.

Based at the Reception desk and working on their own at times, the Receptionist will welcome and greet both telephone callers and visitors. Amongst other administrative duties, they will professionally operate the telephone switchboard; ensuring all calls are answered promptly and are efficiently directed to the correct person. Homeowner Support Advisor
To process all My Redrow Homeowner Support (HoS) incidents in line with the Company policies and procedures ensuring that our customers are provided with a first-class service and issues are addressed right first time by the appropriate person safely, professionally and within agreed or reasonable timescales.
The Homeowner support team requires the ability to deal effectively and efficiently with all customers and be able to manage customers’ expectations appropriately with the objective of achieving customer satisfaction from our customers throughout the whole of their warranty.
